Should parents be punish for their children's crime?

We know that parents should be the one who should discipline their child. We also know that it is their responsibility to take care on their child.

But imagine if all the parents will be the one who will be suffering on the crime that their child has done. How will the child learn their lessons if their parents will be the one who will be going to jail. they  will be doing the same crime over and over again because they know that they will not be punish.

What will be the effect on it on our family, or

even in the society? if plenty of our parents is in jail because many teens is taking advantage on the policy.

More and more children will not be guided by their parents. And how will they be supported if the parents is imprison? What will happen to the family? This surely will cause a lot of problems.

The children should be responsible in every action they do. They must accept the consequences that must be given to them. If and individual has committed crime they must accept the punishment that will be given to them. Children now must be responsible on their actions. If this policy will be implemented, they will have a fear in doing the crime that they have done again. 

people might say that parents should raise their child and teach them some manner. And it should be their fault if their child committed crime. Because others will think it is automatically your job when you're a parent to take care of your child and put them away to crime.

Imagine that also if we, teens or children didnt pay the punishment for us. We will never learn our mistakes. We will also never realize the bad thing that we have done. It is still better that the one who did the crime will also suffer its consequence.
